T’ai Chi

Meets on 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month.

Our new T’ai Chi for Absolute Beginners starts on 12 February 2026 and will run on the 2nd and 4th Thursday mornings each month.

Together, we will practice mainly static exercises (Qigong) together with small sections of Yang style T’ai Chi, which is sometimes referred to as a Moving Meditation. Widely recognised for improving health and wellbeing movements are slow and controlled. This is a small group with a maximum of 12 places.
